– Current version of the free authoring tool eXeLearning: http://exelearning.net
– A moment to think about which parts of the content are suitable for self-testing
– Questions that they can be checked with an automated feedback
Tips & Tricks
The freeware HotPotatoes (http://hotpot.uvic.ca/) can also be used to design self-tests. You can include the HotPotatoes tests by using the Java Applet iDevice or you can include an external hyperlink to the test location in the eXeLearning content.
